When and where is the 2026 City Tournament?
The tournament is Sunday and Monday, July 12 & 13, at Chestnut Hills Golf Club. Tee times are to be determined.
NEW THIS YEAR: The Rules & Pairings Social will be held Friday, July 10th at Chestnut Hills, 6-8 p.m.
Who is eligible to participate?
The tournament is open to all female amateur golfers in Allen County who are current FWWGA members. Non-residents must be a verifiable active member of an Allen County golf course, golf league, college, or junior program. The FWWGA follows Indiana Golf Office and USGA guidelines regarding gender.
What divisions are offered, and what are the entry fees?
There are five divisions:

Contender Division

Senior Division (age 50+ by July 1)

Super Senior Division (age 70+ by July 1)

Junior Division (under age 19, not yet graduated high school by July 1)

Entry Fees:
Ages 19 and Under: $100
Ages 20-49: $140
Ages 50+: $125
Register before May 31 to receive a $10 Early Bird discount on your entry fee.
What is included in the entry fee?
Entry includes green fees, range, prizes, rules and pairings party on Friday, and dinner and awards ceremony following the final day of play on Monday. Cart fees are $10 per player per day, paid directly to the course.
Spectator carts are $25 per day, paid directly to the course. Personal motorized carts may be used on cart paths only.

Are guests allowed to the dinner following the tournament?
Yes, extra tickets for the Monday dinner are available for purchase for $25 each. You can purchase extra tickets during registration.​
​How do I register?
Registration and payment must be completed by end of day Wednesday, July 1st. Registration is done through BlueGolf, here, which is also the platform used for pairings, scoring, and tournament information. All players must be registered 2026 FWWGA members. If you haven't yet paid your $25 annual dues, you'll need to do so at the time of registration (Junior players are exempt from dues).
Do I need a handicap to play?
A verifiable handicap index is required to be eligible for Net prizes. When registering, enter your 8-digit iGolf handicap ID, your current handicap index, or your 18-hole average score. July 1st indexes are used for the tournament. Juniors without an established handicap may estimate their index for pairings purposes.
What tees will I be playing?
Championship: GREEN Tees (5981 yards)
Contender: RED Tees (5058 yards)
Juniors: RED Tees (5058 yards)
Seniors (50+): RED Tees (5058 yards)
Super Seniors (70+) MODIFIED RED Tees (less than 5000 yards, some tees will be forward of the RED Tees and will be BLUE color during tournament)

How are flights and awards determined?
Flights for each division will be pre-determined prior to the start of the tournament. Each flight awards 1st place low gross and 1st place low net trophies. 'Low Putts' is also awarded for the lowest total putts across both days in the City and Senior Divisions.
There is a sudden-death playoff for the overall City Champion and overall Senior Champion. All other ties are decided by the lowest final round gross score.

When can I get in a practice round?
Players can register to play in the Interclub event on Friday, June 26, 8:30am, $44 for golf & cart. Must be a registered FWWGA member. Register online June 13 - 23.
Schedule an individual practice round by contacting Chestnut Hills Golf Club at 260-625-4146 and identify yourself as a participant in the tournament to schedule a tee time. City tournament participant fee will be $44 for golf and cart.
What is the refund policy?
Entry fees are non-refundable once pairings are made official.
